The Eluvians had hidden the Moonstone Crown within the roots, where nightshade bloomed in eternal twilight. She drew her dagger and sliced her palm, letting her blood drip onto the gnarled wood. The tree shuddered, splitting open to reveal the crown, its silver surface swirling with celestial energy.  <\/p>\n<p>She reached for it\u2014then the ground trembled. A shadow erupted from the earth. The Wraithlord, its hollow eyes burning, lunged at her. Ashryn spun, whispering the incantation her mother had taught her. Vines lashed out, twisting around the wraith, but it howled, unraveling them with a wave of its clawed hand.  <\/p>\n<p>No time to hesitate. She seized the crown, forcing its power into the land. Moonlight exploded from the jewel, purging the darkness. As the wraith dissipated, Ashryn exhaled, weak but victorious.
